There are several reasons why your code might be invalid. Here are the steps to follow:
The first thing to do is ensure that you are at a partner station. Check if your location in the app matches a partner station.
Contrary to popular belief, purchasing a code from a brand (e.g., Shell) does not guarantee that the code is valid everywhere. It depends on whether the car wash is part of a network or operates independently. Therefore, even if a brand is listed, you should not assume that all stations are included. Please confirm that your station is available.
If you attempt to purchase a wash code and are not on-site, the following alert will appear:
What should I do if I bought a code but am not at a partner station?
Car wash codes are non-refundable. However, you can use the wash code at a later time. You can find your wash code in the History page (accessible via the menu in the top left corner).
If you are indeed at a partner station and the code does not work, and it says: 'Code too long,' this is likely because the brand’s servers are not synchronized. This may take a few hours to become operational again.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the stations. Therefore, we suggest you come back later or visit another partner station.
In any case, if you are at a partner station, please contact customer support, providing details about what is not working and the station you are at. Our team will investigate the issue promptly.
