If you are indeed at a partner Shell station and entering your code on the machine results in an error such as: 'Code too long,' 'Server error,' 'Invalid code,' the door not opening, etc., this indicates an issue related to Shell's internal system and is beyond Neatcar's control.
Once your code is purchased, as long as it has not been used, it remains valid. The issue arises because the servers at Shell's headquarters are no longer communicating with those of the station. Thus, even codes purchased directly from their own website will not work.
To quickly resolve the situation, you can go inside and request a new wash code (we suggest mentioning that your code comes from Hydrajet.net). In most cases, the clerk will not provide a new code. Therefore, we encourage you to purchase a new code and proceed with washing your vehicle. Afterwards, you can contact our support team and send us the receipt for the code you purchased. We will refund your transaction. If your transaction included a discount, we will provide an additional discount on your next transaction to make up for it.
IMPORTANT: The clerk likely does not know about Neatcar. We deal directly with headquarters and not with individual stations.
We understand that this situation is not pleasant. Unfortunately, Neatcar has no control over the internal systems of its partner stations. However, we are working hard to help improve this situation. Based on the company's capabilities, only the two options above are currently available. Although this type of situation is beyond our control, providing a good experience (at least through our service in this situation) is important to us. If you experience any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we can temporarily remove the station or notify other users about the issue.
