Once your car wash code is purchased, you can view the codes you’ve bought from the 'History' page in the menu.
However, we do not recommend our users purchase their car wash codes in advance to avoid various situations such as:
The expiration periods for car wash codes vary greatly from one location to another. To prevent you from buying codes that may expire before you use them, we’ve designed the Neatcar experience so that you purchase your codes once you’re at the car wash keypad.
Our human instinct often leads us to believe that a car wash code for a specific chain (e.g., Shell) is valid at all of its locations. While this may be true for some, it is not always the case. We aim to help you avoid such situations. Neatcar’s main goal is to offer you flexibility across multiple locations, as we don’t always know where we’ll be when we need to use a car wash (especially to avoid long queues).
Reminder: We recommend purchasing your car wash code only after reaching the car wash keypad or once you’ve verified that the car wash is open.
Important: The history of car wash codes is only available for codes purchased after December 24, 2021.
