There are several reasons your code might not be valid. Here are the steps to follow:
1- You are not at a partner station (Most common)
The first thing to do is to make sure that you are at a partner station. See if your position in the application is that of a partner.
Despite what you may think, just because you buy a code in a banner (Ex: Shell) does not mean that the code is valid everywhere. It all depends whether the car wash is part of a network or independent. So even if a banner is available, it should not be assumed that a station is available. Please ensure that your station is available.

What if I bought a code and I’m not at a partner station?
Car wash codes are non-refundable. However, you can use the wash code at another time. You can find your washing code via the History page (From the menu at the top left).
2- You are at a partner station and it still does not work
If you are at a partner station and the code does not work and it says: Code too long it is probably because the banner servers are out of sync. This may take a few hours before becoming operational again.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the stations. So we invite you to come back later or go to another partner station.
In any case, if you are at a partner station, please contact customer support indicating what is not working and the station you are at. Our team will investigate the problem quickly.
