How to Find My Car Wash Code?
Once your car wash code is purchased, you can view the codes you’ve bought from the 'History' page in the menu.
I am not satisfied with my car wash
However, if you are not satisfied with your car wash, you should go in as soon as possible (avoid moving your vehicle too much) and speak to the manager or cashier to explain the situation. Normally, they should provide you with a new car wash code.

To find out where your code is valid, please click on your transaction from the 'History' page, accessible from the menu in the top left corner.
What happens if the car wash station is out of service?
Are you at a car wash station, and it’s out of service? Unfortunately, we are only an intermediary between customers (our users) and the car wash stations. Therefore, we do not have any control over the car wash stations. However, you have the following options:
Car Wash Station Closed
If the car wash is closed, you can use your code another time or at another station.
